Description:
 
Cemented carbide is a high wear resistant material composed of at least one metal carbide constituent. As a kind of ideal carbide cutting tool, it is suitable for making milling cutter and drilling bits.
 
Our tungsten carbide rod essentially consists of two main components: hard metal tungsten carbide (WC) and binding agent Co. Carbide contributes to high hardness property in a most important degree for hard metal WC, while cobalt maintains its relative high toughness at the high level of hardness.
 
Production process: dosing, wet-milling, pressing, sintering, quality test, finished product, packaging.
Our tungsten carbide rods are available in standard diameters with 330 mm standard length. And we can provide H6 grinding service. Customization is available by request.
