High density Tungsten Powder F.S.S.S: 4.2 μm for making tungsten products

Our tungsten powder is prepared by hydrogen reduction of ammonium paratungstate, by using hydrogen reduction, we can get high purity, ultrafine grained tungsten powder. And the size range we can produce is between 0.4 and 20 microns. Restore the performance of the tungsten powder (such as purity, particle size, particle size, composition) depends primarily on the reduction process. And as the reduction temperature increased, the grain size of tungsten powder thicker.

The standard to judge tungsten powder quality on one hand lies in chemical composition control. On the other hand which is also significant, oxygen content must be limited within its relative range according to different F.S.S.S. Taking all above parameter in control not only ensure the quality of tungsten powder, but its derivative products.
