Description:

Our tungsten powder is prepared by hydrogen reduction of ammonium paratungstate, by using hydrogen reduction, we can get high purity, ultrafine grained tungsten powder. And we can produce 200 mesh tungsten powder, particle size is ranging from 0.4 to 20 microns. 

The relevant physical properties of tungsten powder are average particle size, particle size distribution, apparent, tap, and compact or green density, specific surface other and can be influenced by the oxide properties and reduction conditions. They represent the important criteria for further processing and are responsible for the compactability, sintering behavior, dissolution reactions during liquid-phase sintering, and carburization reaction.

The standard to judge tungsten powder quality on one hand lies in chemical composition control. On the other hand which is also significant, oxygen content must be limited within its relative range according to different F.S.S.S. Taking all above parameter in control not only ensure the quality of tungsten powder, but its derivative products.
